Homework:  Expect homework every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of each week.  Homework is graded for completion and randomly for correct answers.

Math is not a spectator sport.  One must participate to succeed!

You Must Attempt the Homework!

Open Notes Quiz:  We have an open notes quiz each Wednesday on the topics covered so far in class that week, some topics could be review from previous weeks.  Students may use anything in their notebooks for the quiz.

Tests:  There will be a mini-test or unit test given each Friday on that week’s topics.  Every two-three weeks there will be a Unit/Chapter Test given.

Projects:  There will be at least 1 project per 9 weeks grading period that will count as a test grade.

Journals:  Journal prompts/questions are given on Monday and are due by the end of class on Friday.  These are kept in class.
